چکیده

Discussions about social justice and governmental responsibility are often framed in abstract terms, referencing aspirational concepts such as “equality” or “autonomy.” While this is particularly evident law, grand narratives also shape policies related to public health welfare, well many other areas that overlap with law. Of specific interest the context of collection idealized rendition body permeates these narratives. In political theory, philosophy, economics, ethics, abstracted point its material realities their implications for policy can be conveniently ignored. The pandemic has disrupted, even discredited, dominant narratives, which minimized ridiculed need safety nets welfare policies. COVID-19 forced a consideration inescapably uncomfortably concrete into consciousness, opening up possibility revisioning our thinking both individual societal requirements responsibilities. Fortunately, vulnerability theory presents constructive needed alternative traditional paradigm nature state institutions relationships post-pandemic reality.
